Based on the success from the UK, WTA opened its North American operation WTA Partners Inc, in May 2021, with the operation headed by Nick Nardi who had worked closely, as a client, for two years prior.
Following the same model as the UK: technology focused M&A on both the buy and sell sides using only experienced M&A practitioners all of whom have had a successful and proven career in the IT sector. Most have also founded and exited their own businesses so have firsthand experience of the process.
