We combine market mapping with our existing deal network. For most mandates we identify fifteen to thirty potential targets, shortlist the highest priority candidates and approach them through trusted intermediary channels.

Yes. Initial outreach is made without revealing the identity of the acquirer. We gauge interest before any identifying information is shared.

An earn-out is a deal structure where part of the sale price is paid after completion, based on agreed future performance targets, often used in technology deals with uncertain forecasts.

The timeline depends on how quickly suitable targets are identified and their readiness to engage. Acquisitions typically complete within six to eighteen months of mandate appointment.
