LONDON, 7th DECEMBER – WTA is pleased to announce the sale of its client, Accesspoint Technologies Limited (theaccesspoint.co.uk) to iomart Group PLC (www.iomart.com), a Scottish information technology and cloud computing company providing managed services from data centres and offices across the United Kingdom.
Accesspoint is an IT hosting partner focused on the UK legal industry and provides a suite of managed and hosted services, including infrastructure hosting, software licensing, security management, business continuity services and communications provisioning. From April this year WTA worked closely with the company’s directors and key shareholders, Richard Roebuck, Gary Shaw and Victor van der Poel as their exclusive M&A advisor.
Reflecting on the experience the Directors of Accesspoint said:
