CCSS acquired by Help/Systems

London – October 15th, 2012 – WTA has advised on the sale of CCSS (Europe) Limited, a worldwide leader in IBM® i System Performance Monitoring, Message Management and Wireless Solutions, designed for IBM Power Systems™ running IBM i and Legacy System i™ Servers.

Founded by Ray Wright with its head office in Raleigh, North Carolina the company also has operations in the UK and Germany with strong partnerships across the globe and a successful worldwide agent network. CCSS simplifies and streamlines the management of customers IBM i servers. These integrated solutions allow pro-active system monitoring while optimizing infrastructure and reducing overheads.

Help/Systems LLC (www.helpsystems.com), is a leading provider of data center automation, security and business intelligence solutions for IBM i, Unix, Linux and Windows operating systems and has a client base of more than 5,100 customers globally.
