LGI Healthcare Solutions acquires Boston Software Systems

MONTREAL, 24th OCTOBER 2023 – WTA Partners Inc, the North American operating company of WTA Partners, is pleased to announce the acquisition by its client, LGI Healthcare Solutions (LGI), of Boston Software Systems (BSS), a leading US-based provider of robotic process automation (RPA) solutions specifically designed to address the unique challenges of the healthcare industry.

For more than thirty years BSS has had a focus on healthcare automation, offering customers across the globe, a suite of RPA solutions. Hundreds of hospitals, pharmacies, labs, and health systems are using BSS solutions in the execution of hundreds of thousands of workflows every day to address resource limitations, facilitate data access, and optimize clinical outcomes, quality and reimbursement.

LGI is a pioneer in the development and implementation of IT solutions in Canada, delivering customised supply chain solutions for healthcare and medical technology.
