London, 4 September 2017, We are delighted to announce that Mark Lane is joining us and thus strengthening and extending the firm’s ability to increase its capacity and extend its services. He joins a team of talented and experienced professionals whose unique mix of IT and Telecommunications sector expertise has assisted numerous shareholders selling their companies and many UK and overseas companies acquiring a presence here and abroad.
A highly experienced professional with 37 years of technology sector experience, Mark joins having spent the last seven years providing M&A, Strategy and Business Development services on multiple IT sector opportunities totalling over £250 million in completed investments which included both acquisitions and disposals. Prior to that Mark was M&A Director with COA (formerly Cedar Group) for nine years where he completed ten acquisitions and played a key role in achieving the company’s £100 million exit. Mark began his career at Burroughs (now Unisys) followed by periods including Honeywell Bull and PeopleSoft.
Mark’s appointment continues WTA Partners orderly expansion of its team and allowing extending the business and investment team.
