London – November 8th, 2021: WTA originates transaction, makes Introduction to client and establishes the relationship with Onefile Limited.
Harris, a global vertical market software provider and acquirer, has acquired Onefile Limited, a UK-based apprenticeship and learning software provider. WTA Partners established the relationship between the parties including attending meetings and managing the early part of the relationship between the two businesses. OneFile is a pioneer of EdTech, supporting over 1.2 million people to learn for their future from Onefile’s market leading SaaS e-learning platform. OneFile was awarded the Queen’s Award for Innovation. This is WTA’s second transaction for Harris’s Public Sector Group (“PSG”).
