We are a specialist M&A firm entirely focussed on the IT sector and where telco meets IT. We work successfully on both the Buy and Sell side and have earned the trust and support of our clients.
The operational experience of our highly skilled team, who have all held senior positions in technology companies, is key to how we approach the market. This differentiates us from all our competitors.
We are a transaction team of six with an office in London but your location is not an issue. We are highly flexible and adaptable to how we can work together: all options are open.
Essential
- To have reached a C-level operational position in a technology company or founded and exited such a company;
- Able to hold the confidence of senior executives and owners;
- A first-class communicator (oral and written).
Desired
- Experience of M&A;
- Domain or expert knowledge of a at least one sub-sector of the market;
