HDUK acquired by Your.Cloud
WTA Partners (“WTA”) is pleased to announce that the owners of its client, HDUK, have decided to sell their entire shareholding in the company to Your.Cloud. This is Your.Cloud’s first acquisition in the UK and was completed in mid-December.
