London – 8th June 2021 – WTA is pleased to announce the sale of its client Oosha Limited, to Access Legal an operating division of Access Group, one of the UK’s leading providers of software to the mid-market.
Founded in March 2009, Oosha is a provider of cloud, hosting and managed IT services including Managed Desktop, Azure Migration and Microsoft 365. The company focusses on the legal sector but also serves accountants and other professional services businesses. Its seventy staff support over 120 customers.
From the beginning of the year WTA worked closely with the company’s directors and key shareholders especially Steve Burgwin, Chairman and Matthew Newton, joint managing director as the exclusive M&A advisor.
Matthew Newton, reflecting on the experience said “The role WTA partners played in helping the Oosha board work through the various exit strategies available to the key shareholders was absolutely crucial in reaching the extremely successful outcome for everyone involved.
