LONDON, 7th January, 2025: WTA Partners is pleased to announce that the owners of its client, HDUK, have decided to sell their entire shareholding in the company to Your.Cloud. This is Your.Cloud’s first acquisition in the UK and was completed in mid-December.
HDUK (hduk.co.uk) was formed in 2010 and is a cloud & managed services provider focussed on providing services to SMEs principally in England but also throughout the UK, from offices in Exeter and Manchester. HDUK have established a strong foothold in the accountancy sector. The entire management and leadership team, led by Matthew Healey, and staff will remain with the company and HDUK will continue to operate independently within the Your.Cloud group of companies.
