London – October 1st, 2018: WTA is pleased to announce the acquisition of iCasework by its client Partners Group-backed Civica UK Limited.
The Civica Group, a market leader in business-critical software applications, digital solutions and managed services, has announced that Civica UK Limited, the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, has acquired case management software specialist iCasework.
Based in London, iCasework specialises in SaaS applications for case management, providing cloud software for enterprise complaints management, correspondence management and information request handling including in support of GDPR. Its products are used by more than 100 customers in the UK, Australia and the USA to handle millions of cases annually, across national and local government, financial services and a range of other markets.
In keeping with Group strategy, iCasework adds complementary cloud-based technology and expertise. Its products deliver on-demand case management for a variety of purposes, from regulatory compliance to customer service improvement, expanding Civica’s activity in existing and adjacent market sectors. Available on both public and private cloud platforms, the software is accredited for use in government and is available through the UK Government’s Digital Marketplace.
