LONDON, 17 April 2026 – WTA Partners (“WTA”) today announces the acquisition of AI-first software provider Barbour Logic by Public Sector software company Infoshare+, backed by our client London-based specialist investment management and private equity investor, Omni Partners (“Omni”).

Barbour Logic is a highly specialised UK software provider of AI-first solutions, automating correspondence for the public sector. Established over fifteen years ago, Barbour Logic serves more than 60 organisations across the UK, focused primarily on local authority parking enforcement teams.

Its technology, powered by a proprietary AI rules engine called ‘Parking Brain’, encodes over 800 policies to generate accurate, plain-English responses aligned to council requirements. The company’s suite of complementary products includes Response Master, Chatbot Max, Voice Master, and Challenge Writer, which streamline letter generation and help citizens navigate penalty charge notices (PCNs).

The specialist Barbour Logic team and its cutting-edge AI technology will join the Infoshare+ platform, bringing proven capabilities in citizen engagement, communication, and complex correspondence automation.

The acquisition of Barbour Logic reinforces Omni’s strategy to build a market-leading family of software and data solutions tailored to the needs of the public sector, further securing Infoshare+’s reputation as a trusted partner.

This transaction highlights WTA’s instrumental role as a strategic advisor, facilitating another crucial step in Omni’s ‘buy and build’ strategy. This latest addition successfully secured by WTA follows Omni’s previous acquisitions of Manifest Software Solutions in November 2025, Datatank in June 2025, and the initial, foundational, purchase of Infoshare in November 2024.

Jason Barbour, CEO of Barbour Logic, stated:

“We receive a high volume of approaches from the advisory community, but WTA identified us as an excellent strategic fit for the growing Infoshare+ group and clearly articulated the rationale.

WTA’s research and timing were spot on, as we set about making exit plans. They didn’t just bring an opportunity; they helped us see that the timing was right to accelerate our growth by joining the Infoshare+ group.

Alan Butterworth was a pleasure to deal with, explained the fit well, and carefully brought both parties together to agree a deal with empathy and balance, always keeping the interests of both parties in mind.”

Alan Butterworth, WTA Partners added:

“We are proud to have advised Omni on this latest strategic acquisition for their public sector platform. Bringing Barbour Logic’s specialist AI capabilities into the group is a perfect illustration of Omni’s successful ‘buy and build’ strategy to create the market-leading Infoshare+ platform.

We are delighted to have supported them again as they continue to build a world-class data intelligence, governance and citizen engagement solution for central government and local authorities in the UK.”
