Established technology executive joins WTA Partners

LONDON, 13th January 2025: today we announce the latest addition to our team of highly experienced technology sector professionals. Andrew Lockwood, who has spent more than thirty years in the sector, brings a proven track record of success to WTA’s already formidable transaction team.

During his career, Andrew has been responsible for multiple transactions on both the buy and sell side. His experience of reshaping and growing technology, telecoms, software, managed services and healthcare businesses, started in London at BT with its mobile and cable television division. Andrew then spent ten years living in San Francisco, working in Silicon Valley at Inktomi, Covad, Concerro and co-founding Graphita Inc. He has also spent time working in The Netherlands and Israel.

Most recently Andrew was CEO of KFM, a leading healthcare support services provider, and prior to that, he was MD of Capita plc’s international healthcare technology and services businesses, and Commercial Director at Daisy Communications Plc. Andrew is a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at Synectics plc.
