LONDON, 15th November 2024: WTA Partners (“WTA”) today announces the sale of their client, TMI Systems (“TMI”), developer of Verto (vertocloud.co.uk), the market-leading UK-based project and programme management platform, to ScaleUp Capital (scaleupcapital.com).
The Verto software platform is focused on supporting project excellence and delivery efficiency and enables 120 public sector organisations including NHS bodies, central government departments and local authorities to manage complex projects with clarity and control, assess risks from both cost and timeline perspectives, and deliver transparent progress reporting.
The WTA transaction team was composed of Sean Massey, the operational lead, and Jeffrey Jenner, the Partner responsible.
