WTA Partners (“WTA”) is proud to announce the sale of their client, public sector data management specialists, Infoshare (infoshare-is.com) to private equity firm, Omni Partners (“Omni”) (omni.co.uk). The mandate was performed by Jeffrey Jenner and Alan Butterworth, both partners in the firm.
