WTA Partners (“WTA”) today announces the acquisition of Manifest Software Solutions (“Manifest”) by its client, London-based specialist investment management and private equity investor, Omni Partners (“Omni”). Manifest is the UK’s leading provider of systems integration for the social housing sector.
Established in 2015, Manifest serves over 60 councils and housing groups across the UK. Its technology connects major applications, including Dynamics and Salesforce, while providing valuable web portals and mobile applications tailored for social housing providers. The specialist Manifest team will join Omni’s Infoshare+ platform, bringing deep technical skills and extensive sector experience.
The acquisition of Manifest reinforces Omni’s strategy to build a market-leading family of software and data solutions tailored to the needs of the public sector, further securing Infoshare+’s reputation as a trusted partner.
This latest addition with WTA follows on from Omni’s acquisition of Datatank in June of this year, and of Infoshare itself in November 2024.
